For Kelly Wolf, appreciation is a relative term. A self-professed auto devotee, Wolf was perhaps destined for the car industry. In fact, it was a SL500 that set his career in motion, but that’s a story for a different day. Hired as a salesman by Mercedes-Benz of Houston soon after graduating from the University of Texas, Austin in 2000, he accelerated through various dealership ranks from Pre-Owned Sales Director (Momentum Jaguar, Volvo, Porsche Houston; Momentum BMW Houston) to General Sales Manager (Fremont Motorcars, CA; Momentum Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover, and Porsche Houston). A results-driven attitude and focus on customer care helped propel Wolf into a top leadership position when indiGO Auto Group recruited him to be its first General Manager in 2010 for Porsche North Houston. As the company rapidly expanded in the subsequent years, Wolf was named Chief Operating Officer in 2013, overseeing stores in three states, and in 2019, company President. Today as Chief Executive Officer and Dealer Principal of indiGO Auto Group, now a subsidiary of Pon Holdings, based in The Netherlands, Wolf is responsible for the company’s 30 franchise dealerships, representing the luxury brands of Porsche, Ferrari, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Aston Martin, Rimac, Mercedes-Benz, Genesis, Hyundai, and Volkswagen (currently throughout Texas, California, Missouri, Colorado and Arkansas). Aside from running the day-to-day operations of indiGO Auto Group’s individual dealerships, spearheading business development, and nurturing manufacturer relationships, Wolf also leads automotive group sales and the fixed operations teams, all while delivering the highest level of customer service. In 2023, he was appointed SVP of Pon & CEO of Pon Luxury & Performance Cars NA/NL/VN, making him responsible for all of indiGO Auto Group (NA) as well as Pon Holdings’ wholesale and retail activities in The Netherlands (NL) and Vietnam (VN). Wolf also sits on the Pon Holdings’ management board. With a career spanning several decades, Wolf’s wealth of knowledge and impressive track record in the U.S. auto market has helped indiGO Auto Group become a world-class player in the luxury and sports car industry. Wolf, a native Texan, has been profiled in numerous publications, including The Houston Business Journal and Automotive News, where he also was named one of the elite 40 under 40 in the automotive industry. He currently serves on the Board of Regents for Porsche Cars North America and has been a board member since 2020. Prior to that, he was a member of the Rolls-Royce Dealer Advisory Board (2013 – 2020), where he served as Chairman from 2017-2020. While his passion for the auto industry is undeniable, the key to his heart is his wife Jacee and their two daughters, Allison and Keaton.
